The service. Quire is a mail client that runs on your device and connects to your own mail accounts. Your mail is provided and stored by your mail provider (Google, Microsoft, QQ, etc.); Quire does not host it.
Your responsibilities. Keep your accounts, authorization codes and devices secure; comply with your mail provider’s terms and applicable law; do not use Quire to send spam or unlawful content.
AI features. AI features use third-party services that you configure yourself. Output may be inaccurate — review it before sending. Fees and data handling are between you and that provider.
“As is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Delivery may be delayed by provider, network, or OS limits (such as iOS background refresh).
Changes. These terms may be updated; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
